Lakers Gaming Retains Three Players

Lakers Gaming announced today that the team has retained Maurice “ReeseDaGod” Delaney, Arshia “Krazy” Karimi and Wady “Tactuk” Tactuk for the upcoming NBA 2K League season.

After being selected with the first overall pick in the 2021 NBA 2K League Draft, Krazy averaged 14.5 points, 11.0 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 1.1 steals and 1.2 blocks during his rookie campaign. Karimi tallied 12 double-doubles with Lakers Gaming in his first professional season.

Delaney was selected with the seventh overall pick in the 2021 Draft and went on to average 24.6 points, 7.2 assists and 1.2 steals per game. He led the team in scoring on most nights and scored a season-best 38 points in July and tied his career high with 13 assists in August.

Tactuk was originally selected with the 24th overall pick in the 2020 NBA 2K League Draft and averaged 9.4 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.8 assists in his second season with the team. Tactuk collected a season-best 18 rebounds once and scored a season-high 18 points on three occasions in 2021.
